Cozy Country Home 4 Blocks From the Lake

Our beautifully renovated cozy country home sleeps 7 comfortably. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds, twin over double. Our gourmet kitchen has all wood cabinets with gran.ite counter tops, travertine brick backsplash and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with everything you need to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to dinner for the family. The large dining room table seats 8 .There is a front porch for sittin' and a big back yard for chillin' or grillin'. We have plenty of off street parking for your boat and trailer...or if you want to park those Harley's behind the fence.

Charming Cottage.
The spacious kitchen and dining room, plus comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms made for an enjoyable stay. The house is very clean,decorated for fall and stocked with everything needed for a fun get away.

Charming is RIGHT!!
This was our first time using VRBO. We had 7 people staying and it was a delightful stay. Wonderful “treats” were supplied by our host. Plenty of towels, for that large group. We enjoyed our stay!!

Tiny Tavares Trip
What a great quick getaway to this home! We loved the older homey feel. Very generous host! Close to quite a few restaurants/bars with good food and entertainment by the water. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the same place if we venture that way again!!!

Great Host!
Karen was a great host. She had a basket of goodies as well as multiple K-Cups available in the kitchen. She answered questions promptly and was able to leave a light on for us for our arrival. The space is small, but just what we needed as we just slept there.

We were in town for wedding stayed 2 nights. Nice little town quite location. House is old but comfortable had plenty of room. Could not get WiFi to work but otherwise had a nice stay.

We had a great stay. The house was everything it said it was. The location was perfect for our needs. The extra towels in the kitchen and bathroom were appreciated along with the coffee.. LOVE this cute older home
Rented this place for the weekend for our son’s fishing tournament. Perfect location, with boat parking and hook up. House was very clean and beautifully decorated for Fall! Beds comfy. Fully stocked with everything you would need plus even more. We really enjoyed our stay and will plan to rent again next time we are here for another tournament.

Three fishing buddies with boat and trailer. Driveway was big enough for 21’ bass boat truck. We drove 12 hours and arrived early. The house was perfect for our week long fishing trip.

Quite Oasis
This home was great, especially with a 2 year old the host provided items to keep her entertained and I loved the book selection. The rooms were clean and nice. The only thing was the an issue was the A/C. There were moments when the house got extremely hot even when I turned the air down and the hot water handle in the 1st bathroom felt loose. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Surprise 85th Birthday Party for my Dad!!!
This was the perfect place for us!! We planned this for over a year and had my sisters and my daughter drive from Texas and I came from Upstate New York and we had family from Carolina also. We had one mix up on the dates for the first night and Karen reserved a hotel for us and she paid for it. We much appreciated it. We would definitely rent this place again. We appreciated all the hospitality and our Dad's Birthday Party was a total sucess!!! Thanks so much for everything!!

Our initial impression of house was fine. It’s an older home and cozy like visiting an old friend. It was well stocked and tidy upon arrival and included a nice welcome basket. We did have a slight pest control issue in the front bedroom on our first night but our host was available and reimbursed us for the inconvenience and immediately sent someone to take care of it. Master bedroom bath was spacious and very comfortable.

Great Location
My husband & l stayed for 2wks. We are familiar with the area so knew we were within walking distance to the water where there are restaurants with great food & fun bars. The house is quaint, was clean & fit out needs nicely with family & friends coming in & out to visit us. Tons of towels are provided, beds are comfy & l wish we had the water pressure at our house that the kitchen sink has. My only suggestion would be to have a dresser in the main bedroom (as the other 2bdrms do). The antique piece of furniture is nice but not functional particularly for longer stays. Would definitely book again.

We stayed here during Hurricane Milton. The owner even allowed an early check in so we could be settled before the storm hit. She communicated promptly. Would highly recommend.
