"The house is situated in what seemed to us a mixed living quarters - some houses were holiday houses but many were also inhabited by permanent residents. The grounds are very well kept, main feature is the large wooden terrace around the house, which connects the living room with the pool and the kitchen door with the 4th bedroom, which is located in a small exterior house. "We had a magical week. The house and settling is stunning. Tropical greenery, wonderful pool, beautiful interiors. A kids wendy house kept the little ones busy for hours. Great location, easy to reach everywhere by bike (although some quite steep hills to get up to the house!). Close to a lovely bakery and grocery shop. Really easy access to the ocean side (incredible sunsets) and to the lagoon side. The only very slight niggle I have is having to pay extra for towels. We will definitely return...

"Aucune surprise à l'arrivée le logement est aussi beau que sur les photos le cadre est magnifique la maison très bien équipé le propriétaire très accueillant à l'écoute et très bienveillant. Logement conseillé pour des familles des amis. Seul bémol mais nous y sommes responsable nous avons réservé pour un EVG et le voisin accolé au logement ne tolère pas les conversation au dessus de la normal passé une certaine heure et la musique trop forte la journée. Ducoup visite de la police car ce voisin...

"Excellent séjour dans une maison tres confortable et Gérard qui est au petit soin avec nous en nous prenant le temps de nous indiquer tous les endroits à visiter donc un grand merci à lui. De plus la region du bassin d Arcachon regorge de sites à magnifiques à visité ( dune du pilât, Arcachons, Andernos les bains, cap feret Prevoir 2 semaines pour avoir le temps de tout visité Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable"

"We spend 2 weeks at this magical place. We were 4 Adults and 2 Teenagers. First of all, everything is beautifully and perfectly maintained. In one minute you reach the road specifically done for bikes that connect you to the Arcachon Bay. We also enjoyed shopping and dining in Biganos and Audenge that are close by. "We had a fantastic vacation in this house. It was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, great locality, proximity to the town, play parks near by, beautiful swimming pool (which was slightly heated which was perfect) and the "wow" factor. Solene greeted us at the property and she was very professional and helpful. The process and communication was fantastic. The house is suitable for all ages and had fantastic amenities. I would highly recommend a stay at the house and Solene as a Host."
