"We had a great stay overall. The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a highlight—warm, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no children around, making it a quiet and restful experience. However, there were a few downsides. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard—the floors didn’t seem to be mopped properly (if at all), and one day, our towels weren’t replaced. The biggest issue was the shower, which kept overflowing and flooding the bathroom. Another drawback was the lack of privacy due to the adjoining rooms. While this setup might be convenient for families, I could hear every movement from the neighbouring room, including footsteps and even bathroom use. Overall, it’s a good hotel with some great features, but the lack of privacy and upkeep of the room let it down. "

"Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!! "

"Lovely views from everywhere. Attractive and clean environment .Good beach and sea bathing - all strikingly clean. A wealth of bars and restaurants behind beach, with some decent shops too. Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

"Great all inclusive hotel with option to have half board. Great variety of foods on offer. Lots of activities for all ages. Most staff are helpful. Fresh bottled water every day."

"The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way. "
