The resort staff were very friendly and happy to deal with any requests we had. The villa was clean but a little dated in terms of decor. We liked the fact that shopping was within walking distance and there was a wide selection of restaurants. Overall I nice quiet place to stay.

The Managers are rude and disrespectful and yelled at my 5 year old autistic child. I will never stay here again and I will be telling all my friends and family about how disappointing my experience was at the Pacific Palms Resort in Tauranga.. absolute rubbish.
