This Taupo holiday home is able to sleep up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms each have a queen sized bed. Bedroom four is fitted with two single beds as well as a trundle. Linen and Wi-Fi are also included.
A spacious and sunny deck area just off the living room offers stunning Lake Views, ideal for your morning coffee in the sun, a glass of wine while you watch the sun set or an evening BBQ! There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a heat pump in the living room to keep you warm in Winter.
Nukuhau Views is perfectly positioned for a range of events Taupo is host to. Alternatively this is a great spot as a base for golfing, trout fishing, boating, or skiing in winter with the ski fields only 55 minutes from your door. You are only 2 minutes from the Nukuhau boat ramp with off street parking for your boat available.

There is a garage available for parking of 1 small vehicle or storage, there is additional off-street parking available for 1 more vehicle in front or beside the garage. Additional vehicles will need to be parked on the street, please keep the shared driveway clear at all times and do not use neighbours driveways for turning or parking.
*May not suitable for small children due to stairs and climbing hazards.

This property is pet friendly, maximum of 1 small to medium dog. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their pets at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended at the property. Let us know in the comments section of your booking if you are intending to bring a dog.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
