On the middle level you will find a modern living area with heat pump and fully equipped kitchen & dining, opening onto a covered terrace with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs to enjoy.
The main bathroom is located on the top bedroom level, with a second toilet available off the living area on the mid- level. The ground level has a garage and laundry with a washer and dryer plus room to park one car.
The home has Two upstairs bedrooms offering the following bedding configurations and one bathroom and a separate toilet.
• Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed - Heat pump in the bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen size Beds
The complex offers a shared swimming pool (available Summer only between Labour weekend and Easter).
From the apartment, it is only 20 metres to the Waikato River and scenic walkways to the Lake and Town Centre. The Waikato River and Lake Taupo are great for boating, fishing (license required), water-sports and swimming. Mountain bike trails can be found in a 5 minute ride and caters to all levels of riders. Close to the shops, bars and cafes this apartment is a great base to enjoy Taupo, or one of the many great events Taupo is host to.
Taupo is located in the center of the North Island, 1 hour and 30 minutes from the ski slopes and 1 hour from Rotorua.
A single garage is available for parking of a small to medium sized vehicle, there is additional car parks within the complex to be shared and availability cannot be guaranteed. Trailers (including boats), camper-vans and caravans are strictly prohibited.
This property is part of a complex so body corporate rules apply and must be adhered too.
This complex is riverside and has a pool so please supervise children at all times. Swimming in the the river is not advised as it can be very dangerous due to strong currents.
*The three levels are connected by stairs so please be mindful that this apartment may not suit everyone.

Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours especially as this property is part of a complex with permanent residents. When making a request please ensure you have read the listing details and house rules carefully for suitability. Please include information on your group, what brings you to Taupo and who is travelling with you.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
