Absolutely breath taking, panoramic views of Lake Taupo, Mt Tauhara and beyond, a holiday at 'Point of View' is sure to leave you with memories that will last a lifetime.

'Point of View' is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with 2 living areas. A well equipped kitchen and dining area with indoor/outdoor flow onto the extensive deck where you can enjoy outdoor entertaining capturing the sun all day long. A large lounge/family area with smart TV and picturesque views.

Keep comfortably warm and cozy in the winter months and cool in the summer months with a wood burner in the lounge, heat pump/air conditioning in the dining area as well as an HRV system throughout the home.

Superbly located in Taupo's Acacia Bay, you'll feel the privacy that 'Point of View' has to offer with established gardens and landscaping whilst still being close to all that Taupo has to offer. Pop up the road to L'Arte Cafe & Gallery for your morning coffee where you can also enjoy a visual and edible feast. This is only a 2 minute drive/ 1.9km walk away. Or if you don't feel like cooking, make the short 1km trip to Bay, Bar & Brasserie for lunch or dinner. Taupo's town centre is 7-minute drive where you will be close to all of the best restaurants, cafe's, shops and attractions that Taupo has to offer.

Point of View is a popular location for groups of up to 7 guests.

Bedding configuration is:
Bedroom One (master with ensuite): 1 x King + 1 x single (suitable for a child only)
Bedroom Two: 1 x Queen
Bedroom Three: 2 x singles

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.

Parking – Plenty of off street parking including double internal garage.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups allowed. Neighbours are reasonably close and must be respected at all times.
