"Easy check in with professional staff member. Long walk to room but cart available. Some rooms overlook ocean, others the garden area. Patios are a plus. Rooms are well equipped for self-catering but there’s a restaurant too. "

"Second time family from Japan have enjoyed this fabulous little home away from home. Ideally situated, short walk to the beach and handy to all amenities. Very family friendly. Everyone loved the neighbours dog who is a frequent visitor. Had some difficulty getting hold of owners agent but didn’t need to as things transpired. Will definitely be back"

"Steep gravel drive, no cellphone reception with spark, no TV signal, no curtains for privacy using futon, communication from host was slow at best, host left a lovely bottle wine on arrival . We didnt realise bach was under hosts house. If your happy for off the grid living you wont find a better location.lacked a bit of cleaning, beautiful location, "

"The apartment is in a fabulous location with stunning views from inside and out. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck for meals looking out over the bay. Great bbq and very clean and new throughout. A great base for exploring the North of NZ."

"Beautiful place. Room was amazing. Bathroom could have done with an update . But who sleeps in a bath 😂 . We had a meal at here and it was amazing I had belly pork and my husband has the steak. We ordered a bottle of wine that was $42 only to find out it was $27 in the mini bar . The bed was comfortable.and the staff where amazing and so nice fully recommended "
