The staff was friendly and very efficient. The rooms were sufficient but the bedding was below normal. The sheets did not cover the mattress. The breakfast was substantial with a variety of options.

Apesar de não ser deficiente fisica, esse foi o quarto que disponibilizaram para eu ficar mesmo tendo feito a minha reserva com muita antecedência e não ter solicitado esse tipo de acomodação a recepcionista disse que tinha sido uma opção minha e que não poderia me disponibilizar outra acomodação. Havia também um berço no quarto, o qual também não solicitei, que atrapalhava muito para abrir a porta do banheiro. Solicitei que fosse retirado mas não fui atendida.
