Me cobraram duas vezes (no app e no checkin) e está sendo a maior burocracia pra devolver o dinheiro (faz mais de uma semana e me deram o prazo de mais uma semana pra resolverem). Além disso, o cobertor estava todo manchado/sujo.

Apesar de não ser deficiente fisica, esse foi o quarto que disponibilizaram para eu ficar mesmo tendo feito a minha reserva com muita antecedência e não ter solicitado esse tipo de acomodação a recepcionista disse que tinha sido uma opção minha e que não poderia me disponibilizar outra acomodação. Havia também um berço no quarto, o qual também não solicitei, que atrapalhava muito para abrir a porta do banheiro. Solicitei que fosse retirado mas não fui atendida.

Bom, mas precisa se atualizar!
Escolhemos o IBIS pq deveria ser uma rede confiavel e estava bem na margem da estrada, porem nos decepcionou um pouco o hotel. Achamos que o banheiro estava com o chao encardido, o chuveiro do vaso sanitario estava quebrado. O chuveiro é bom, no entanto a agua e estranha, nao sei se é de poço. Porem o que de fato nao gostei é que economizam com coisas que pra hospedes sao importantes, como toalha de rosto, (nao fica disponivel no banheiro), Nao tem kit higiene (touca de banho/ pasta e escova de dente). Enfim, poderiam melhorar e se adequar melhor aos padroes de outros hoteis em outros paises. Os brasileiros merecem tambem!
