"We spent three nights at this property in the beginning of December and it was fantastic. There were three adults who each required their own bed. The room could sleep four and had an incredible balcony overlooking a town square. The market/main drag is just a few hundred feet away. Staff was amazing. On site Italian restaurant was amazing."

"A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town."

"POSITIVES: - the view made my stay - room was spacious - best breakfast I've had in the past 2.5 weeks (CR & POL) in terms of selection. - friendly, accommodating staff - removed from city centre, so outdoor surroundings peaceful - towel warming rack - elevator - good value NEGATIVES: - wifi is atrocious, not just in the room but had difficulty at front desk as well - if you only speak English, you will encounter some language barriers. - this is about a 25-min walk from main station and the last 10 minutes is all uphill. There is no bus passing by. - great tv options...if you speak Polish. - walls are paper thin--be prepared to hear the guy next door snoring - no refrigerator Despite all these negatives, I still really enjoyed my stay and would have gladly stayed a 2nd night if they had a room free. "Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is brilliant, caring and helpful. The location of the hotel is totally perfect, 2-3mins to the train and bus stations, the food store and literally on the way to the cable cars/ ski lifts from the station. I also recommend the Tourism Centre (Tourinform) in front of the hotel and the Norwegian sports equipment store next to the hotel. The stay left me with memories I will cherish for a lifetime and thanks for the Aplend's Staff for this."
