"Lovely apartment as we had an upgrade. The rooms are accessed from an outside at ground level or a metal balcony on the first. There was a lift. However, as they do night gazing they kept the external lights on all night and there were no blinds or curtains on the widows facing the entrance doors, so the rooms aren’t dark at night. "Our welcome by the staff at reception was not very warm or friendly so my first impression was not very good. Our room was quite spacious and clean, but I admit that we didn’t realise that there were hotels that don’t have air conditioning, and this was one of them. Being a warm day and having a room on the second level our room was quite hot. They did provide a pedestal fan that helped. Breakfast was nice and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. "

"Location was great. The front desk staff friendly and suggested a great restaurant. Room had all amenities necessary and was a reasonable size. There were 2 problems. The first is thay our room was 1st floor right next to the front entry, so it was loud with people coming in late at night and departing early in the morning.
