"Great communal kitchen with fresh eggs and fruit from the farm. Homemade jams, custard pastries too. The kitchen was well designed and stocked with fresh milks, great coffee and teas, bread, butter including olive oil butter... One of my favorite places to sleep so far. Great strong hot shower too with nice amenities."

"The twin room was next to the kitchen where people came in and had very loud concersations until 2.30am and the first people in the morning arrived at 6.30am. The only windows where to the kitchen and the hallway and there was no fresh air. Over all too hot and too noisy to get enough sleep."
