"The whole process, from communication before check-in to storing my luggage there after check-out, was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, signage was foreigner-friendly, and there was a great range of amenities and supplies provided. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only wish is for a lobby or public seating area for leisure aside from the hotel room, and perhaps a map and suggestions of things to...

"I decided to stop in Sendai for the night during a trip from Hokkaido to Tokyo. This hotel was a good stop. It is surrounded by shops and a close walk to the train station. This capsule hotel was also very busy as I assume a lot of people use it as a rest stop during business or travel as well. So do expect foot traffic going in and out of the rooms in the early morning and late night if you’re a light sleeper."

"The place had thin walls so you could hear the people in the hallway and they can hear the things coming from your room. The walls to the outside and also thin so you can hear the street and the crows around the hotel."
