The fitness center is well-equipped, and the spa is spotless and offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Selda, the photographer, whose talent and warmth made our trip even more memorable with beautifully captured moments. A big thank you to Elvira at customer relations for her outstanding service and attention to detail—she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. "Wonderful stay. Buildings are quite old. Communal areas relatively small for a huge hotel, I wonder how it looks like during summer season. Pre-heated swimming pools indoors and outdoor are amazing. Food is really delicious and variable suits all tongues. We enjoyed the stay for 4 nights."
