The second floor, which is the main one, has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to the kitchen and the terrace. The terrace has an outdoor dining area with awnings, a barbecue and a table tennis table. The pool, surrounded by grass, has sun loungers and garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy the sun. On this same floor, there is a suite-type bedroom with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom in this suite has a shower.

The upper floor consists of 3 double bedrooms. One of them is a suite with a complete bathroom with a bathtub, while the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each.
