T3 apartment of 55 m2 in house. We occupy the upper apartment and the lower one is available for rent. 3* classification by the CDTL

Property ideally located to enjoy the Landes and the Basque country, as well as Spain less than 40 minutes away!

The establishment is in a very quiet area, 4 km from the metro beach (10 mins). The accommodation is 7 km from Bayonne. Biarritz is 15 km from the apartment, while Saint-Jean-de-Luz is 29 km away. The nearest airport is Biarritz Airport, 9 km from the apartment.

This apartment includes 2 refurbished bedrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and a shower room. For added convenience, the property provides free towels and bed linen. The bathroom has been completely renovated with a washing machine and separate WC. You will have a large covered terrace of 25 m2 with a dining area and a barbecue. a lounge area, as well as a 20m2 courtyard. Free WiFi and free parking are available on site.

A deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon your arrival (check or cash) and will be returned to you upon exit inventory if everything is OK.
