Seafront holiday apartment Tarifa Spain

Spacious apartment located in Tarifa, right in front of the harbor and very close to the old town and the beach.
It has a capacity for a maximum of six people.

The accommodation is distributed in three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. From the living room there is a beautiful view towards the port of Tarifa. There are two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and kitchenware.

The area is great, being in the center of Tarifa, and close to the entertainment area of select tapas bars and restaurants and stores, plus there are several supermarkets in the area. The beach is only 250 meters away.

Bien pero mejorable
Casi todo era positivo, pero faltaba algún tipo de aire acondicionado, ya que para toda la casa solo había un ventilador. No tiene wifi aunque eso no supuso un problema fatídico. Otro pequeño adversario fueron las 3 cucarachas q nos acompañaron pero supongo que son cosas de la costa… La casa estaba bien equipada en general pero tuvimos nuestras trifurcadas con el micro hondas y la lavadora ya que eran un poco antiguos, al menos el microondas hacía su función. El menaje completisimo de eso no hay ningún tipo de queja. No estamos hablando de una estancia de cinco estrellas pero en balance con el precio estamos muy satisfechos con la experiencia en general y con el trato recibido por parte de apartelius aunque en un principio costase comunicarnos con ellos.

Falta de mantenimiento absoluto: una cama rota (inutilizable), el calentador se estropeó y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría además olía a gas. Los colchones incómodos y ajados. Le faltan detalles básicos. El mobiliario es deficiente, antiguo y sin ningún gusto. En salón se echa de menos una mesa de centro (mesa baja) y una lámpara de luz indirecta.

Las camas eran muy viejas (a una incluso le faltaba una pata), los cuartos tenían olores, los sofás del salón eran muy viejos y el mantel de hule del salón daba bastante asquillo. No hemos conocido a nadie del personal ya que la recogida y devolución de las llaves se tramita a través de un buzón, lo cual no deja de ser raro. Creo que 1,300€ de apartamento es una barbaridad para un apartamento tan antiguo y con tan pocas prestaciones. Si hay ventiladores en el piso (cosa que se agradece y que es muy necesaria) por lo menos que haya uno por dormitorio, y no dos para los 3 dormitorios. En un dormitorio dormíamos completamente asadas. El horno no funcionaba cuando llegamos y tuvieron que venir a arreglarlo. Es un primer piso pero sin ascensor, algo que debería indidicarse. El secador de pelo tampoco funcionaba.

Está roto y cortante pues se ha roto el mango. sangré con el corte y he tenido herida en yema del dedo durante 10 días. Me gustaría algún tipo de compensación por su parte. voy cada año la segun da semana de julio

Las lámparas del salón estaban fundidas y de una habitacion también , estuvimos tres dias sin luz ya que llamamos para que vinieran a cambiarla y tardaron. La lavadora no funcionaba bien
