Faulty electrics. Unsafe patio all chipped and not suitable for children. House in disrepair, go through floor boards, terrible smell of dead vermin under kitchen floorboards. Fridge dirty. Photos to prove. 2nd kitchen not usable no gas, filthy, broken electrics, no curtains in some room, bare bulbs, the list is endless"
