The house features seven luxurious bedrooms and spa baths span five levels with just under 14,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living spaces, giving more than ample space to enjoy together or have space to spread out. The expansive outdoor entertaining area offers something for every mood: spots to soak up the sun, cook and dine together, sip cocktails in the bar area, have your morning coffee amongst the palms, or watch the sunset around the fire with loved ones. The glass-surrounded game room or the luxurious 12 seat movie theater are ideal spots to shelter from the rain. Indoors and out, this property brings people together in a truly unique ecosystem

This estate is located in the Nativa Resort, a lush, gated enclave on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, just a 20-minute drive from Jaco Beach, a charming beach town known for surfing and nightlife. The house is located 15 minutes north of Los Suenos and is only 50 minutes to SJO - San Jose Airport.

For Nature lovers, you can often Spot a scarlet macaw flying in the vista and you are close to Bijuagual Waterfall in the Pura Vida Gardens.

Chef services can be arranged and a full time driver!

As advertised, this place is gorgeous. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the views and sunsets. Some of the beds in the basement need to be replaced, but the master and the main floor beds were comfortable. Loved the separate zones for AC. Could use some better pans and the coffee maker is awful. Make sure to give the names of everyone in your party to them prior to departure from the states. You can not pass the guard to get in without them all. Beautiful home great property and wonderful location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property exceeds its expectations when you see the pictures. It's plenty of room for a family visiting or a group of friends. I had no complaints my whole stay I would definitely recommend other guest to stay here. The security on the property make sure your safe 24/7. The staff on the property are very helpful and some are bilingual which makes communicating so much easier.

Review of Stay
The property is as described online; spacious, modern, relaxing, in a well-secured sub-division. The host arranged transportation from the airport to the property and a chef for most of our meals during the stay. It’s worth noting that the property is located at least 20mins drive from the nearest town, with no convenience store around, so I would recommend renting a car if you don’t want to get stuck on-site. Taxiing back and forth from the property gets expensive. The property also doesn’t have a back up generator and we’ve experienced a few power outages. The longest one lasted 3hrs in the evening, which was a significant inconvenience because it was dark, extremely hot and humid, and received no communication from the host until the following day.

The House is just Beautiful, so much to do, so many views to look at. Micheal was a great host and very attentive to my group and I. The home was just grand and had something to do on all floors. Lots of modern finishes and spacious home for any and everyone.
