Beautiful villa, panoramic view and heated swimming pool

Recent construction on 8000 m2 of land in the heart of pines and olive trees, with the scents of thyme and rosemary for the happiness of your grills. To do so, you will have a covered and fitted out Barbecue at your disposal. For your relaxation, you will appreciate the turquoise blue swimming pool facing south with a view of the hills and the Vidauban valley. For the little ones there is a playground with swing and slide. We remain at your disposal for any further information. We wish you, in advance, a very good holiday .

Belle propriété, prestations mediocres
La villa est très jolie mais beaucoup de désagréments durant notre séjour : - cafetière en panne dès le premier jour - lave-vaisselle inutilisable au bout de 3 jours : le propriétaire voulait que nous nous chargions d'appeler le réparateur !! nous avons dû faire la vaisselle à la main pendant 5 jours avant qu'enfin un réparateur vienne, cela a fonctionné 2 jours pour ensuite retombé en panne, - piscine mal nettoyée : le pisciniste venait à 7h du matin en réveillant presque tout le monde, il se contentait simplement de mettre un tuyau d'eau dans le piscine, nous devions s'assurer du bon niveau d'eau et ranger le tuyau !! - visites diverses : des ouvriers sont restés toute une après pour prendre des mesures, livraison de colis notemment un qui etait endommagé, nous avons dû faire le lien avec le propriétaire... - surfacturation du propriétaire lors du départ qui nous a réclamé 60€ sous prétexte que Abritel lui avait retiré cette somme !!! Même si la villa était très jolie, je ne recommande absolument pas cette location.

Superbe villa dans un cadre reposant et magnifique. Conforme à l’annonce en tout point. M. Saunier a été d’un grand professionnalisme ainsi que du grande disponibilité de la réservation jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Nous recommandons la location à 100% et nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir.

Das Haus hält, was es verspricht. Wer Ruhe sucht mit der gutem Komfort ist dort genau richtig.
Das Haus ist großzügig und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit hochwertigem Mobiliar. Schlafzimmer haben alle Klimaanlage. Der Kunstrasen um Gebäude und Pool halten alles schön sauber. Das große Grundstück bietet auch für einen Hund viel Platz zum Stöbern. Trotz der hohen Temperaturen war es im Haus angenehm kühl. Schön wäre Gaze an den Schlafzimmerfenstern, dass man nachts die Fester aufmachen könnte um die kühle Luft reinlassen zu können. Leider gab es für uns deutsche Urlauber nur französisches Fernsehen. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich begrüßt und hat schon dadurch schon einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Würden sofort wieder fahren!

Ein traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil!
Das Anwesen hat alles, was zu einer entspannten Auszeit gehört- hier kann man in dieser Zeit die Seele baumeln lassen. Rémi als Vermieter war stets zuverlässig. Wir bedanken uns für die wunderschöne Zeit und empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter.

Superbe séjour !!!
Nous y avons séjourné pendant 2 semaines à 8, quel bonheur ! Magnifique maison, meublée et décorée avec goût. Tout y est pour passer d'excellentes vacances ! La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! Merci encore au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos! Distance jusqu'au boulanger ou supermarché +/- 5 à 10 minutes en voiture. Rien à remarquer :-) Nous avons eu des vacances inoubliables! Vivement l'été de 2015 pour y retourner
