Luxury Villa Bianca is a modern luxury villa situated in in small, relaxing place called Vabriga, 2 km from sea, 12 km from Poreč

The property of Luxury Villa Bianca extends over 400 m2 and its residential part covers an area of 209 m2. Luxury Villa Bianca is spread over two floors: ground floor and first floor (on the attic there is a rooftop terrace).

The outside terrace of the Luxury Villa Bianca is fenced and surrounded by various plants. Here you can find a spacious swimming pool with deck chairs for relaxing. Also here is located a summer gazebo with barbecue and outdoor table.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with LCD TV and toilet.. On the ground floor but in a separate annex next to the main house there are also two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms with shower.

On the first floor that is connected by internal stairs there is a lounge area with sofas for seating and two bedrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed has also an en suite bathroom with shower and its own private terrace that is accessible also by external stairs.
The other bedroom has king size size bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.

On the attic there is a roof terrace.

The villa Bianca s fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet and a parking space for its guests.
