"It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. "It’s very clean and all the guards is very helpful even when we left our luggage. One time it’s raining the guard said, maa’m, we have available umbrella to used for you. That’s a nice to offer those umbrellas. And you can walk from hotel to mall of Asia."
