"Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. "

"This is our third consecutive stay within 3 years. The price has gone up by 30% and the maintenance has gone down by 50%. Exhaust not working in the bathroom. Open electric connections. Pests in the balcony. Luke warm water in the showers. Disappointed overall. "

"We stayed 2 nights at this property. The rooms are nice and the property is well maintained. The morning mountain views from our balcony were gorgeous. The only exception was the pool which was not maintained well. We weren’t comfortable swimming in it and that was a big disappointment for us. Power kept cutting in/out a lot, they have a generator that kicks in within 30 secs but it reset all the TV, AC settings which is annoying because of how often it happened. The food is Good. The service is very good. After we checked out, we realized we had left behind something in the room. We called the hotel and they were able to track the items for us, and courier them to us as requested. We really appreciated this so kudos to their team for taking this extra effort. "
