"The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is lovely. The staff were very polite and professional. My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"

"Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. Thank you very much for making my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. "

"Great location. Friendly Staff. 4 free washing machines to use. Clothes dryer is ¥100 for 20min. Car parking is just around the corner. It's called OK parking. Overnight parking was ¥600 with hotel parking slip validation. "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Kochi Castle & Hirome Market. Great buffet breakfast featuring specialty foods of Kochi. All the staff here provided exceptional service. "Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi."

A perfect stay with a private bay

"This was the most perfect stop on our trip from Kochi City to Tokushima City. A clean, spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the private bay, where my son and I kicked the soccer ball around and waded in the water. The freshly prepared breakfast was excellent, particularly the homemade An Pan. We wished we could have stayed another night to explore the local area more. We hope to visit again one day, it was lovely to be in nature after travelling the cities. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
