The Luna is gorgeous escape into nature, with a direct view of the Hunter mountains, and 5 mins by car to dining and shopping. Less than 10 mins from the ski slopes!
This spacious home is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, refrigerators, oven, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, a gorgeous farmhouse sink, cutlery, pots, and pans, ...everything you need for a home away from home.
The house is set on 5 acres of land, surrounded by apple trees, nature, peace and quiet.

Complete lack of communication from owner and no heat on property
Owner did not communicate at all. Unanswered questions, so much so that we didn’t even have check in info until 2 hours before check in- which is concerning when you’re coming from 5 hours away and aren’t sure if the owner is going to respond to you or not. Upon arrival we realized there is no heat in the property. Temperature inside the house was 56 degrees and we had two children under age 2 with us. We told the owner and he indicated that he would not be doing anything about it so we had to literally sleep in winter clothing. Half the lights didn’t work in the property. Doors didn’t lock. First booking with Vrbo and definitely my last.

Great little spot for a catskills trip
Old farmhouse that's nicely renovated. Has what you need for a good time in the catskills. Beautiful downstairs bathroom. Kind host.

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend
I hosted my best friends bachelorette weekend here. It was complete with gorgeous views and amazing atmosphere. We are already planning our next trip here. The town is 2 mins away and was perfect for quick take out and amenities. A true home away from home.

Cutest retreat!
10 of us met here for a wellness retreat and the house was absolutely perfect!! Equipped with so much more than anticipated. The renters so flexible and helpful when I had to reach out. Such a nice experience and want to rent again! Close to town and falls and arboretum too!! Highly recommend. Just FYI- NO AC so it was a little toasty at times but worth it,
