"Absolutely beautiful hotel and fabulous staff! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s close to the port so no long walks once you depart your boat. The breakfast was unbelievable and one of the best we’ve had during a month in Bali! We booked a deluxe studio and I’d absolutely recommend paying a little extra for one of these - it’s like a detached cottage and is much bigger than the other rooms. "Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue...

"Lovely property and superb staff but the air con in the room was inefficient , the owners must have been aware of this as there were portable fans in the room. There was also no working TV in my room, staff tried their best but could not get it working. On the second day there was a power outage on the island so all the hotels had problems but the issues above were there from day one. Fix the air con and internet and this place would be perfect."
