"We have stayed at Fraser Residences Orchard twice now and see no need to book with anyone else. Their communication is top notch- from having an extra cot bright in and set up, to being available after a very early arrival. The staff at breakfast are absolutely wonderful- friendly, attentive and accommodating. The pool is absolutely beautiful. Literally LOVE visiting. "

"We had a really nice apartment for 6 nights, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was a welcome start to the day. The location was excellent. A short walk to Robertson or Clarke Quay, or to Chinatown, and when we didn’t feel like walking, the Fort Canning MRT station is right across the road. We had some trouble with the wifi, it was slow, not sure if it was us or actually slow but we made do because we were out exploring most of the time."

"This is a very well designed & practical place to stay. The kitchenette room was excellent, because it included a washer/dryer - tho it took 5h vs 1.5h to do a load of laundry 😂 - but still better than going to a laundromat. The room was very comfortable & quiet with great bed, decent A/C, kitchen, furniture & bathroom. What makes this hotel great is its very spacious and nicely air conditioned working lobby area with individual work tables, sofas and shared tables where you can get work...

"Stayed with family at the property for 9 days. Had a great stay, rooms were spacious and had all facilities needed including washing machine, fridge, toaster and stove top. We opted not to have breakfast daily due to the facilities which we found to be a good option. Gym was well equipped and the pool nice - not as big as originally thought but a good pool to enjoy. "Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back."

"Its old, sofa is chewed up. 2 bedroom spacious the beds and aircon are good. Walking to shopping and foot massage is close. Traffic can be noisy for light sleepers. I heard they were going to renovate look forward to the new place. Hope the post on website if they are indeed going to renovate it can be noisy."

"The hotel was located in a residential area off Orchard Road so it was relatively quiet, yet only 5 to 10 minutes walk away from Orchard Road and MRT Station. The 24-Hours Supermarket directly below the hotel was a real plus, and the included breakfast buffet was quite adequate to start a day! The in-suite washer/dryer was a life-saver as we perspired a lot in Singapore hot and humid weather!"

"Overall excellent except when we ate at the buffet, we were told to sit outside and flies start coming. I asked to be moved inside and we were accommodated. However the same lady asked me again do I have a reservation while we were already sitting inside, the restaurant is empty. It felt like we were treated indifferently because of our race. Why are we being seated outside when the restaurant is empty and it remained empty until we left an hour and half later. "

"I really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only for the day. We were able to check in early (thank goodness). We were able to walk to a few places we wanted to visit. Room was nice and comfortable, and we ordered room service as we were heavily jet lagged, food was delicious."

"Awesome beautiful luxury hotel in optimal location of Marina Bay. Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, clean high-end room and balcony. Didn't have time to try the breakfast, but it looked great. Also attended a conference on the first floor with excellent catering for 2 days. Would highly recommend and stay there again. "

"What a gem of a hotel! Located within minutes of the Chinatown MRT station, this hotel has all the amenities that a leisure traveler needs, including a rooftop pool, fitness center & sauna in the change room. The rooms a spacious, with a kitchenette that include a fridge, microwave & all dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, utensils - for 2) as well as a kettle & Nespresso coffee maker. The location is walkable to the Marina Bay & Gardens of the Bay, as well as all the nearby Hawker Centers. To venture further out, just hop on the top notch MRT that will get you anywhere you want to go in Singapore. We'll be returning here on our trips to Singapore for the foreseeable future..."
