I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. "Fairly basic hotel, 10 minutes out of town. Seems to appeal to French families with children & provides entertainment each evening. Two items on their website found not to be true. Ski in ski out! Only for x-country. Free breakfast turned out to be €7 pp. "
