"The hotel was well located if you want to be right in the city central. The staff were all very friendly, especially the PR lady at breakfast each morning who went out of her way to have a chat and offer assistance. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Check all the furniture before checking in.. they can blame you for any broken items there.. as we’re 2 adult with no kids.. they try blame us for broken the telephone desk… we don’t even knew what’s broken at the end they said it fixable .. so no charge .. "

Staff is friendly and facilities are sufficient, breakfast buffet and bbq dinner are superb! especially Tuesday Thursday free complimentary afternoon tea is sweet and thoughtful. Two little draw back, air conditioning in the main room is way too strong that I have to cover my head from the wind and the shower temperature is constantly going up and down, gotta watch out for children "
