"A wonderful stay in the countryside. Even though the owner was not there I was looked after fabulously by her parents. They fed me, gave me lifts and were very caring and kind. They spoke little English but we managed perfectly with Google translate! "

"I booked and paid for this hostel, only to arrive and be told that my room had been given to someone else, and that I must have booked a male dormitory by mistake. "The room has a door to the outside and a little terrace with table and chairs. The view is amazing. The problem with the place is that the location is so far from Yeosu. I wouldn't recommend this for someone without a car. A taxi is a little hard to obtain and costs about 10000w. The buses are infrequent one to two hourly and the last bus comes back around 9pm. "We stayed with our too young children and found it to be an excellent spot for us. The kids enjoyed the caravan, the soccer filed and although we didn't use the pools, it definitely was something we would have with better weather. "

A very good option

"Very comfortable stay with an exceptional view of the harbour. The room was nice and quiet and it had everything we needed. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful but interesting enough with nice walking tracks and parks."

"Good facilities and staff, huge rooms and accomodation but hard for travellers without access to a car. Nearest relevant bus stops are 15 minute walks and you're looking at a 45 min bus ride to downtown Yeosu. Next to some abandoned hotels so it feels uneasy walking but it's perfectly safe. Views of the harbour are nice but it's a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to other parts of town."

Surprisingly good

"The room was big, with a very nice bed with crispy sheets and orthopedic pillows as well as normal pillows. There was also a steamer to clean and dry clothes and a small fridge. Three small bottles of water per day and all kind of amenities. I didn't expect it to be so good ! The only minus point is that the towels were a little too small for drying off after shower, although they were plenty. A small breakfast was also included, but I didn't try it."
