"For a budget hotel it was absolutely fine. Quite new still so not grotty. We were at end of corridor but others on floor were very noisy at all hours and sound travelled well! Basic but nice breakfast. Indonesian food and bread/toast with spreads."

"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. "Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining. The wifi stopped working unfortunately. The location was good for the immigration office but otherwise a long walk or taxi ride to the centre."
