"Pros: Good position on the island and within neighborhood (family friendly), spacious property, awesome views, renovated bathroom, new TV, clean linen (paid extra for linen). Cons: Outdated furniture and utensils, dirty cushions, dirty curtains, dirty and useless windows and doors fly screens (flies, mosquitoes and even lizards can get in the property), no aircon, cobweb everywhere."

He was incredibly responsive and even checked in to ensure my parents arrived safely.While the view is slightly obstructed by some unexpected construction, it didn't significantly impact their enjoyment. "Had a great stay here, the unit is in a great location and well setup for a family trip, layout would even suit 2 small families or grandparents tagging along. And great that the apartments are fully self contained as food options around Tangalooma are limited and low quality. The maintenace and upkeep does seem lacking for the price. Just minor niggles that you expect the owners are on top of when charging nearly $500/night, but not enough to ruin your holiday eg. shower heads old/faulty...
