"Grand Plaza is a budget hotel.so the price is reasonable. Terrific location right in the middle of Tumon. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was pretty spacious. The wifi is quite slow. TV is analog...not much programming. Four- leg.tub is unsafe to.get in and out.for shower..Floor gets.wet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.. ."

"The front desk receptionist Sarita was the sole person who helped in our plea for another available room due to my husband's breathing health issues and allergies. Sarita was understanding and compassionate to our needs and she went the extra mile above and beyond to help us. It was through her caring that she was able to find another room which allowed us to stay the entire 28 days with comfort and ease of my husband's breathing, allergies, and health. We'll be planning to return to the Guam...

Sarita was understanding and compassionate to our needs and she went the extra mile above and beyond to help us. It was through her caring that she was able to find another room which allowed us to stay the entire 28 days with comfort and ease of my husband's breathing, allergies, and health. We'll be planning to return to the Guam Reef Hotel in the near future. The entire staff were pleasant, accommodating, respectful, and went out of their way to help us in every capacity.
