The design was modern, with furniture and interiors that you wouldn’t find in Japan. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Moomin Museum!

To get to the hotel one has to walk thru a tunnel when arriving by train, at dark not the nicest thing to do. However the hotel is excellent, very nice. clean and modern facility, great breakfast, nice rooms. If walking thru the tunnel, at the end of it go right away up to the street level above, do not walk along the street car track divider to the next crossing of the street. You can also by pass the tunnel by going thru the station corridor and up to the street above..

Very happy hotel
I've stayed here a few times. It is very convenient to the train station, and remarkably quiet. Staff was pleasant and professional. The rooms have fun, interesting designs, and are very well done. This trip, housekeeping seemed a bit off their game. One of the bed skirts was dirty, and the floor was a little dusty. Overall, though, a pleasant place. I hope to stay here again.

Good value, but..
The hotel had all the potential for a very good stay. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice. Breakfast was also good. However, our room was left to very warm settings by previous users and it was too hot to sleep in as it took time to cool down. Also, the air ventilation makes cycles so every 5 minutes there is noise when it starts which makes it hard to fall asleep.

Disappointed but still good
Overall, its ok. The staff is friendly and attentive. The place looks nice and quite comfortable. BUT if you need a dark room in order to sleep well in summer, this is not your hotel. The curtains are far from being blackout! So its bright all the time. Also, neither of their bathroom have a proper chanhing table for kids which surprised me a lot as it supposed to be a family friendly hotel.

Parkkihalli on kovin ahdas nykyautojen mitoitukselle. Infossa 2 vapaata paikkaa ja oma auto ei mahtunut kun viereinen auto vei osan vapaasta paikasta. Koirahuoneen koira huomioitiin kivasti.

Kulttuurimatka. Arvostin hyviä yhteyksiä Lapinniemeen ja keskustaan. Täytyy tässä mainita myös, että lähimaksun käyttöönotto julkisessa liikenteessä on nykyaikaa. Nopeutti liikkumista, kun aikataulu oli tiukka. Käytännössä yövyin ja kävin aamiaisella. Huone oli rauhallinen. Tyyny oli itselleni sopiva. Aamiainen oli runsas. Check in:ssä voisi jättää paperien täyttämisen pois, jos on jo varannut ja maksanut huoneen. Kylpyhuoneessa amme on myös mielestäni turha. Muuten kaikki kohdiölaan.
