"clean room, everything in good condition. no staff present -- access code/key code sent via text message, which worked fine for me (why pay double for a place with a reception desk?). kitchen, dining table, sofa -- in this sense it was more like a small studio apartment, more homey than a typical hotel room. walkable distance from train station, under 20 min... abt 30 min walk to university."

"Varasin huoneiston perheen kanssa yhdeksi yöksi hauskan Särkänniemi-päivän jälkeen. Oli kyllä positiivinen yllätys, pidempäänkin olisi ollut mukava olla! Toivottavasti ensi kerralla paikka on vapaana, kun Tampereella olen. Mieletön näköala parvekkeelta, oma sauna, siisti, moderni ja tilava. Loistava sijainti myös. Erityiskiitos isännälle, joka tuli 5 minuutissa tunteja checkoutin jälkeen avaamaan asunnon oven, jotta sain haettua unohtamani takin. +1"

"Enjoyed our stay. Easy 3-minute walk from central train station. VERY convenient to Nokia Arena (1 min walk). Communication for key retrieval could be better. Asked several times for details via email, also called phone number (no answer). Owner waited until one day before to give information, causing some travel stress. On the positive side, the owner did make the key ready for early pick up, thank you. Overall, everything worked out just fine. We had a very pleasant stay. Suggestion: add a...

"This was a very clean, very nice place. Close to both the train and the bus station. Had some trouble figuring the key and the lock but more my problem than the room. Short train or bus trip to Tampere. Had excellent food at Peppers Restaurant - the black slasify soup was delicious! And the restaurant was in walking distance. Very safe and quiet location. "

"We didn't like this apartment...WE LOVED IT! It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We could cook, it was quiet, there was a nice balcony and we could walk to all the sights in Tampere. BEAUTIFUL!"
