Home like!
My family and I love the place, it was clean, spacious, we had access to the whole house, felt like home. The owner was kind and very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend it! Plus the price was fantastic.

Good place to be (without a car)
It is a clean and comfortable place, however, there was no parking available, it's what the community has (what is not so much) and can be a bad experience. The host was amiable and had quick answers and solutions for you.

the owner is absolutely wonderful and kind. the house itself is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood but the inside is newly renovated. if you are not interested in sharing the house with other guests, make sure you book the en suite master room/guesthouse. overall, for the price, its definitely worth it.

I was looking for a cheaper option to catch the Taylor Swift concert in Tampa and this spot was perfect. It was about 27 minutes from the Raymond James Stadium which worked out for me. The room was clean and it was a quiet stay. It was also in what looks like a newer neighborhood in the area. I'll definitely be checking out this spot again if I'm ever in the Tampa area in the future.

Zen is an awesome host. She let me checkin in a little earlier dues to an overnight flight into Tampa. She was very accomodating. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. Definitely need a car to get around, mind you it isnt far from downtown Tampa but aside from that little minor detail... i highly recommend this property. I will be staying here again if available when I return.

Parking a Problem
The problem with this property is parking... had a parking issue and the owner was very considerate of the situation... I asked for a refund and she immediately gave one for the time not used... unit was more than OK... service was great...

Great location and an even greater deal!
All I needed was a place to stay for 5 nights somewhere near Tampa, FL for an event I was participating in. All the local motels and hotels were very expensive! The price for this property was very inexpensive! The bedroom was in a relatively new condo. It was spacious with a nice en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Also a laundry room next to the bedroom. There were two long term residents there who were very nice and we seldom crossed paths. The property owner was responsive and I look forward to staying there again on any future trips to Tampa.

I really blessed with getting ZenHomes. My wife n son n I stayed to the place for some days and we felt like its our home and what we need, we got exactly those.. If u want Hotel feelings but want to stay in Airbnb, this is the combination of it. Kitchen setup extremely well, Rooms are well decorated and organized. Location is pretty well and part of community which is really great.. everything is near by such as food location, Park areas. Owner is extremely Flexible n provide all support quickly. Service, bathroom, kitchen, location and parking slot are amazing.. I did not find any single cons during our stay.. All cudos to Owner. I really recommend my friends to choose this place to get comfort.. 🙏
