This is an excellent location if you are needing to be in the middle of everything Tampa area has to offer. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was perfect for two adults. Great amenities and felt very safe. Property owner was very informative and responsive to questions. We will keep this in mind for another trip!

My wife and I were very impressed with this modern condo. We also had a great view of the property including the tikis and fire pit at night and, of course, of Tampa Bay. The condo owner, Chris, was highly cooperative and attentive. An excellent choice!

New Years Getaway - Bucs Game
The property at Rocky Point did not disappoint. The communication with Chris the property manager was timely and direct. The location is great with quick access to downtown, stadiums as well as Clearwater Beach causeway. The unit has beautiful views of the sunsets (without the fog). The check-in process was simple with the door code provided prior to arrival. The property was clean and secure for the number of units in the complex. This unit was very clean, modernized, well appointed and quiet. It has a lot more to offer than a hotel room and more economical. When I am in the area again, I will definitley look at this property first.

Nice condo, great view
The condo is well kept, clean, attractive. The porch has a lovely view - tiki torches, fire pit and of course the expansive bay. Chris is a great communicator. Sailport isn’t a luxury resort but has everything you need for a visit to Tampa.

Great stay
This was a very clean condo and location. Just minutes from everything we wanted to do. Everything was just as it was listed. Chris, the owner of the condo was amazing with communication! Our stay was just 2 days after the hurricane, and he was so patient and accommodating to us as we didn't even know until the day before if we could still go on our trip or not. Even when he had to evacuate, we never lost communication. I will definitely stay at this location again.

This was the perfect choice for out long weekend get away. The room was beautiful, the host was amazing, and the property could not have been any more perfect. We loved the man made beach right below the room that had wonderful views of the ocean. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

Great condo at Sailport.
This was our second time staying at Sailport and we really enjoyed this condo. Chris the owner was very responsive and helpful. The condo is more updated than the previous condo we stayed in and the balcony view is great overlooking the beach area and bay view. The condo was very clean and had all amenities that we needed. The queen bed was also comfortable which is often hard to find a comfortable bed in a condo. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the drinks and food at the Bamboo beach bar. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.
