Welcome to Your Spacious & Comfortable Stay in Tampa Bay, Florida!

Nestled in a charming old Spanish neighborhood experiencing a vibrant revival, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is seamlessly integrating into the historic Ybor district—just minutes from Channelside and Downtown Tampa. This location offers a unique glimpse into the rich Latin culture that defines the area, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends, or colleagues seeking a relaxing and private stay.

Home Features:
Master Bedroom – Enjoy a king-size bed, a luxurious walk-in closet, and a private master bathroom equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay feel indulgent.

Second Bedroom – A cozy and inviting space featuring a queen-sized bed and a spacious walk-in closet.

Third Bedroom (Currently an Office) – This versatile space is perfect for remote work or study. Starting in April, this room will be converted into a bunk room with two full-size bunk beds and a desk combo, offering additional sleeping accommodations while still providing a functional workspace for guests who need to work or study remotely.

Shared Bathroom – Equipped with everything you need for a refreshing shower or bath.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal or prepare a quick snack, our kitchen has everything you need.

Spacious Living Room & Dining Area – Perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a long day of exploring Tampa Bay.

Fenced Backyard – Provides privacy and a safe space for you, your guests, and your pets to enjoy.

Streaming Services Only – There is no live TV on the premises, but all televisions are equipped to sign into your favorite streaming services.

Multi-Use Field – Perfect for soccer or football; a soccer ball or football can be requested if needed.

Basketball Court – Can be converted into a pickleball court for added versatility; pickleball sets can also be requested.

Rental Fee:

$15 per bike per day
$30 for a 3-day rental
How to Rent: Let us know in advance or during your stay if you'd like to rent a bike.

Waiver Required: Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before use.
