They had everything we could have needed, the apartment complex was gorgeous and the pool was very nice. The condo was clean and well organized and extremely well equipped, we didn’t run into any issues.

The property was close to Busch Gardens, was very clean and just right for our small family. The pool was relaxing and easy to access. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quite place to stay while visiting Tampa.

Great place , perfect for me.
Super clean and well maintained condo with plenty of room and all amenities that you might need. Host was extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of and tried to help with any needs that would arise. Pool was nice and neighbors were so friendly. Would def stay there again in the future and recommend this property to anybody.

Clean & quiet condo
Liked the cleanliness of the condo, updated bathrooms, comfortable master bed. The area was a little concerning at first, but it ended up being fine and very quiet.

Very Quiet Close to Morritt
1st, the condo was just perfect for us. Just the right size for the two of us but could easily accommodate four. A very safe neighborhood. 2nd, the location was perfect because it was less than 5 minutes to Moffitt, and then you came home to a peaceful garden area. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We needed to extend our stay on short notice and Eleni worked with us to do that. She was very gracious and helpful.

I would recommend the place. It's nice and quiet. The only thing, it would require some maintenance. The faucets are not working properly in the bathrooms. The light in the living room always stays on. Other than that, the place was perfect for us.

USF move in weekend
Stayed here while I moved my son into off-campus housing which was 42N right around the corner, making this rental perfect location for that. I follow the other reviewers about the shower door. It just doesn’t close. Everything else about the property is perfect !

But need better shower doors, but is a nice place, it was close to all the places I need to go, restaurants, groceries, college and fun and have a nice big pool, pretty safe place.

Wonderful place to stay.
This place was perfect for our time we were going to Busch gardens, adventure island, and sea world. It was very clean and everything you need. I like doing my own cooking and it was very well stocked with dishes and all you need to cook. Very reasonable price. The gardens were great, and there were a family of ducks that lived there, my granddaughter loved feed and watering them, everyday. , The pool was super clean and perfect, beautiful size and plenty of chairs for us at pretty much anytime we went down. Over all a perfect great stay.
