Enjoy breathtaking views of Tampa Bay, Florida from our spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium that will accommodate a total of 4 people. You will see it as the perfect blend of tranquil beach living and modern convenience. Come down and take part in Tampa Bay! This condo will make memories the whole family will cherish! It is located directly on the Tampa Bay Rocky Point Island. Its close enough to all the major attractions on the island but far enough away that everyone can get a good night's sleep if they want. Want to go to the beach? The condo is directly on the Tampa Bay water. It is a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, and Reddington Beach. More of a pool person? The condo has a large heated swimming pool. Looking for the perfect place to watch the sunset? This condo balcony faces West over the salt flats so you see Nature's nightly show from the comfort of your own place. Want to take the family on a boat ride, jet ski or fish? We know whom to call and get a discounted rate! Wondering what restaurant serves the best frozen cocktails on the island? We can tell you where to go. Want to know what activities are good for young and old alike? We can offer lots of suggestions that will make this the best vacation your family has ever had. A 1 Queen size bedroom with full bathroom. Bathroom contains towels, soaps, hairdryer. TV and spacious closet located in the bedroom. Open living room kitchen area with bar and seating for dining. Full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, with full kitchen utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, and cleaning materials. Living room contains TV and sleeper sofa pullout with a full size bed. The condo also has its own private covered parking spot, so no more hot seats! There are other public access boat ramps nearby. Balcony offers fantastic views!!!! Property has outdoor grills, pool, fitness center, self-serve laundry, and many restaurants surrounding the condo. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar, literally everything! Our calendar is constantly changing, so if you are interested in specific dates that say 'booked' just EMAIL ME TO BE SURE if the condo is available.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our stay at Sailport Waterfront! Andrea our host was amazing. She was aways available to answer any questions. We really liked the location it worked out perfect for all the places we had to go and all were apx 15 min away. The pool, bar and food all were excellent! We will come back again!

Great/Convenient Location
We loved the views and proximity to several excellent restaurants. The Rusty Pelican is a must. Parking was easy and getting everywhere was easy from Rocky Point. If we were to return to Tampa, we would definitely consider this location.

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I flew in from STL for a weekend getaway to attend the Kenny Chesney concert. The condo was absolutely perfect for us and we loved the private feel of the balcony. Having The Big Bamboo on site was also a big perk, we spent a lot of time there for meals and drinks. Andrea is an amazing host and did an excellent job communicating with us prior to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Fun place to stay as pool/bar area allows for socializing with others staying at Sailport. Guard entrance employees were very friendly. Jet skiing was a blast. The view and sunsets were amazing in this unit.

Fantastic Stay
This condo was perfect for us in the thirty somethings age group! Spring break was in full swing yet this place was very peaceful. The ease of the condo being right by the stairs was wonderful. Views were great. Andrea was wonderful and beyond helpful. Be sure to ask her for food recommendations. If we are ever back in Tampa, we’ll be calling Andrea again for a place to stay.

Great location, restaurant and private beach. Unit was outdated, needed more fine tuning on cleanliness of unit. Birds at the facility were pretty annoying. Restaurant/bar/staff were fabulous. Would prefer different unit and some reviews I based decision on was somewhat inaccurate.

Great view awesome location
Clean and comfortable third-floor condo with a fantastic view of the bay. Nice amenities at the property. Great spot also, exploring many neighborhoods in Tampa and Saint Pete about 30 minutes from everything. Communication with the host was awesome.

This condo was perfect in every way! Our goal for this vacation was to kick back and relax. A short 6 minute drive from Tampa International found a place of serenity, magnificent views and sunsets. The owner communicated throughout our stay, making sure all was well. The unit was meticulous , and nicely appointed . The poolside bar offered good food and excellent libations. Excellent restaurants nearby. Sad to leave. Hope to return!

Great trip and great location. Close tobso many things. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and reasonbly stocked with dishes and cookwear. It was perfect for my getaway woth my husband for a long weekend in Tampa. The condo was very lively too with people in the pool, volleyball, and socializing at night. We heard the pool restaurant had good food too but never tried it so can't say for sure. Host was an amazing communicator and very helpful. Great trip at a great little condo!

Great location, great condo, great host!
Everything was as advertised. Perfect little place for our family of 3. Right next to the pool. Bar at the pool has excellent drinks and good food. View from the balcony was amazing- we saw dolphin, rays a shark and lots of fish. We didnt get the sunset, but that was due to the Summer Florida rain storms. Still got some beautiful pics of the sky. We were splitting our time between Tampa and Clearwater and this was the perfect location right in the middle. The host was very attentive and responsive. Would book again.

The view is perfectly, amazing! We loved hanging out down at the poolside bar with wonderful hospitality. Those gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking! The property manager was very attentive to us & all in all this was perfect for a long weekend celebrating our anniversary in Tampa.

Amazing stay!
I will definitely be back! Perfect for 4 people. Location was perfect, views were amazing, we got to see stingrays in the morning, dolphins swimming, different cranes, and ducks. We even saw a seagull carry a fish out of the water! Pool was heated, and there is a sand area to lounge and at night sit by fire pit. Property owner was so wonderful, caring and very helpful. She was easy to get in contact with! We went jet skiing which ended up being an amazing experience. We saw dolphins and one jumped a couple feet away from me. I definitely recommend this place!!!
