Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Amphitheater.

We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. Dog friendly with a fee but service animals are always welcome! We loved the house. We had a Tampa Soccer Cup and it was very conveniently located located. Excellent layout for a family/friends. The house has everything you need for a stay. Definitely looking forward to stay here again. Super clean. Excellent Stay.

This a great little place close to the amphitheater. The neighborhood is a little rough, but this properly is renovated and very nice. We had a great stay.

Great stay.
My husband, some friends, and I stayed here for a concert at the mid Florida credit Union amphitheater. It could not have been more perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. It was private and the locality to the event was perfect. Took three minutes to get to the side gate. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and organized. Plenty of parking for three vehicles. Yard and outside of house was was clearly well maintained. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely look into renting again if i am staying in the area.

Our stay at Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds was wonderful. The house was super clean. We were in Florida for gymnastics event at the Fairgrounds so the location was perfect. The place was cute, the beds were comfortable and I had good night’s sleep.

Amazing Property
Will stay here again! We came to Tampa for a concert and was right across from the amphitheater. Close to the Hard Rock hotel and really everything we wanted to do. I was a little worried when I read the reviews others had posted about the neighborhood. When we got there though we realized it’s like any other one around. It was very quiet the 3 days we were there. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

We had a great time. The home was beautiful and had ful amenities. It was wonderful just socializing with our friends instead of being in separate motel rooms. Thank you for sharing you home with us. We will definitely book again the next time we go to Tampa (if available).

We stayed for one night while attending a concert at the ampitheather. The property was very clean and less than 5 minute drive to the concert. Maria was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay in the future.

Clean safe great location
Perfect property for the horse show. We were at at the fairgrounds. Literally less than five minutes to get to the show or come back to rest or grab food. Maria was wonderful to work with easy communication. The home is exactly as it’s described. very clean and nice amenities. The neighborhood is a little rough. However, all families and we did feel safe. Would say Maria‘s house is probably the nicest home on the block.

Property isn’t in greatest area. Was close to fairgrounds and stores which was a plus but ceiling fans all made screeching noise’s, oven did not work and back door deadbolt barely locks. Went into property through front door and back door was unlocked so we had to look around to make sure no one was in building

Quaint little house
House is good size. Hot water in the shower could be a little hotter for my preference. Ac kicks butt. Close to all kinds of stuff like restaraunts and shopping all within 5 miles any direction. Pillows on the beds were extremely hard not my preference again. But all in all we had a great time. Also they have a polarized camera you can you to take photos but they were out of film. Oh well we all have phones with cameras these days

Overall Great Experience !!
This is a nice home that was perfect for my family. The inside of the home is beautiful and there is lots of yard space. The neighborhood isn’t the best but everyone seem to stay to themselves and we did not have any problems. The only recommendation I would make is changes to the cameras. Safety is important and I’m sure it’s to monitor the home when the property is occupied and unoccupied. However, it’s a tad bit uncomfortable when barbecuing out back with family or on the Porch playing family games with a camera pointing directly at you. I’m sure they’re there for all the right reasons but it just makes it uncomfortable when utilizing the outside common areas. I would suggest to reposition them. The hosts are very sweet & accomodating. We apprecite being able to utilize your home during the holiday.

Great experience. The neighborhood is not a beach front property and is a working class neighborhood in the midst of post hurricane clean up. While we were aware- we were more than pleased with our stay. Check in was easy. lace was clean and rock and roll themed. Maria was SUPER responsive to our concerns so much so we would stay again!

Short weekend trip!
The property was super cute. There were 4 of us and a baby, and it was 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for us all. The host was absolutely great at communication. Would 100% stay again next time we are in town.
