Our Rental
Welcome to our vacation rental. This gorgeous home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home located in Apollo Beach and will make the perfect getaway for you and your family or your and your significant other. The home is newly renovated with upgraded features, stainless steel appliances, an enclosed saltwater pool you can enjoy and a screened in patio area.

Wake up to see fish jumping, dolphins swimming and manatees from the water view in the back of the house. Four rooms open up to the pool area and bring outdoor living inside. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and private bath along with a 32" TV. The master suite has a sliding door that leads to the pool.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and looks out to the water. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunk bed on top and full bed on bottom and leads out to the pool on one side and a water view on the other. This room also has a 32" TV in the bedroom with a DVD player. These two back rooms have a private bathroom with granite counter tops and can be closed off for privacy.

The dining room and living room have double patio doors that open to the pool area and a view of the water behind it. There is
a 60" Flat Screen TV in the living room.

Love to cook? You'll love the kitchen which has granite counter tops and upgraded steel appliances, filtered water system and a view of the pool as well.

Love to Swim? Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the heated pool. The pool as LED light that can change colors to match whatever mood you're in.

Boating
You're a short 15 minutes to the Bay from the house. Tampa Bay is where you can fish, swim, check out the dolphins, just hang out or see a water view of St. Petersburg and Tampa.

Entertainment
We know you need to stay connected so we are including cable and fast wifi and netflix for you to enjoy. We also have a video library, book library and games!

The Area
Apollo Beach is a quiet and friendly waterfront community. You and your family can boat year-round, fish, and be outside. The Apollo Beach Golf Course is less than a mile away and you can see the course from in front of the house.

Love beaches? You'll have a hard time wanting to leave home but if you do, it's a short drive to Clearwater Beach which was named the #1 Beach in the United States by TripAdvisor. You may also want to check out St. Pete Beach, so many beaches to choose from!

We enjoyed our two weeks in this lovely home. The pool was warm and inviting and the canal was fun to watch the dolphins swim by. The managers were neighbors and very friendly and kind.❤️ Back to snow now but dreaming of Apollo Beach.

A lovely place to relax on the water
The house and lanai were perfect for us. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning. The kitchen was well stocked and very serviceable. The bedrooms overlook the pool or the canal. For us, this was perfect.

Wonderful summer vacation
The house was perfect the pool was a HUGE plus and so was the boat dock. We took our boat fished in the morning and evenings and swam in the pool in between. The neighbors were great and Josh was very helpful with anything we needed. We will consider staying again. Thank you!

Best place to stay in Apollo Beach!
My family has stayed at this property twice in the last year (August & January) and we loved our stay just as much both times. The house is beautiful and clean. The pool overlooking the channel of water will make you not want to leave. This location makes it easy to get anywhere from Tampa to St. Petersburg Beach or down to Bradenton. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. If you are looking to stay in Apollo Beach, this place is a must!

An excellent find
House was as described in the listing, and the pool/lanai was lovely, with both sun and shade available all day. Property manager and owners were responsive when we needed them for some minor maintenance issues. Kitchen had a good mix of cooking utensils, as well as a spice rack. We very much enjoyed the property, and definitely recommend it.

Apollo Beach getaway
Apollo beach is a good getaway for the low key folks. We enjoyed our rental house with pool. Quiet nights and sun by day. Traveled to Tamp several days and experienced Ybor city. This place was great. Reminds us of Key West, Duvall street. Also visited the aquarium and the boardwalk which were awesome. Traveled to Sarasota and had lunch at marina. Great relaxing time. Thanks to Josh for assisting us. He was a great neighbor and very nice.

Great place to stay
Our family stayed from Dec 27, 2023-Jan 5,2024. We chose this place mainly because we wanted a low key vacation in this area. We have a friend who lives about 20 min from here. We wanted a place with a pool and easy access to fishing. This property gave exactly that! The pool was heated and my son loved fishing off the dock and catching crabs. We were able to cook a couple crabs and fish. Everything we needed was included. We loved that a washer and dryer was available also. It was nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes! The hostess was quick to respond to a couple questions we had. Neighbors and neighborhood were great. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Slice of Heaven
Amazing home with plenty of amenities. Very clean and spacious. Our family of five, counting Baxter, our corgi pup had plenty of room and comfort. The entire complex is extremely accommodating. The dockside fishing on the canal was great for leisurely casting a couple of lines, watching dolphins and fish jumping. We also caught blue crab and catfish. The pool was warm and inviting and the lanai was very helpful with the FL bugs. Plenty of patio furniture for meals or simply relaxing. The TV entertainment was outstanding as well. We also loved the neighborhood park, which has tons of family and pet-friendly activities and lights at night. The house is also centrally located to all sorts of wonderful beaches, coastal communities and parks for sightseeing or gator watching. All in all, we loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Thanks very much for the opportunity.

Nice clean house on the canal. It was perfect for my family of seven, plenty of room. Went kayaking and fished off the dock. Rented a boat one day, went to beer can island which was awesome! It was nice to be able to pull the boat up to the house to drop off my family members burnt out from the sun. (They do have a boat lift if you plan on having a boat for multiple days, we didn't use it). Great pool, just had to have the manager who lived next door turn on the heater. If you like pool games/floats make sure you bring your own. Definitely don’t forget your sunscreen and bug spray! Would highly recommend.

Amazing!
We stayed at Pam and Rich’s place for just over two weeks and had a terrific time. Just as others have said the house is exactly as pictured. Clean and stocked with essentials. Pool is lovely and the neighbourhood is quiet and neighbours are very friendly. Greg and Suzie are great caretakers! We used the kayak, paddle board and fishing rods. Nice little restaurants in the area. Grocery stores are nearby. Golfed at the club down the street. Went to Dunedin to see our Jays in warm up. Made it to Epcot for a day. Pam was kind enough to put us in touch with a terrific pet setter so we didn’t have to rush back. One of the best vacations we had yet.

The home was very nice however when we arrived we saw that the kitchen wasn't cleaned,nthe Stove and refrigerator were filthy to a point where we had to clean them before use. We found the pots and pans were also full of grease and had to be washed before use. The sectional couch in the great room needs to be replaced when you sit down you go to the floor. The bunk bed mattress is also shot. They did replace the coffee maker as it was so dirty we wouldn't use it. The biggest issue with this rental was the owner and the wifi thermostat. We stayed at this home in mid January and so some days were hot and some were cold so we needed to use Heat and a/c. The owner managed the thermostat remotely and programmed it so it would only give us a temperature range that they wanted so On colder or warmer days I had to txt them and ask for the heat or ac settings to be changed. This sucked. I never heard of that before. The very 1st day I asked the owner to let me control the thermostat but that didn't happen. I'm not sure why this was. So we spent 2 weeks depending on the owner to give us heat or a/c. Won't go back.

Tampa Trip for Sammy Hagar Concert
We had a great time. The house was centrally located to go between Tampa and the beach. We enjoyed cooking and eating out in the lanai even though we came at a very hot time of the year. The pool was very nice to keep us cool. We didn’t have time to do all the water sports but it was nice to have all the stuff to do it. We had a great trip!

Great property but struggled with communication with property manager
The house was fantastic, no questions. However, on arrival the pool was not heated. The property manager opted for snark and an aggressive tone, accusing my party of having unrealistic expectations regarding the temp of the pool. Ultimately, it turned out the pol heater was not working and the problem was remedied. I found the communication to be frustrating as I was not being a difficult guest, rather highlighting an issue. House was fantastic otherwise, spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay
The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed nearby attractions: Legoland, Zoo Tampa, Clear Water Aquarium, a dolphin tour, and Honeymoon Island. The pool was refreshing and fun for the kids in the afternoon and evenings. We never made it out on the kayaks/paddle board, unfortunately.
