Welcome to Villa Bella Vita. There is not another vacation rental in Tampa that even comes close to this home! Live your best life here, if only for the weekend!
Located in the Westshore district, this home is tucked away on a quiet residential street.

Complete with pool, Guesthouse, Private yard, Outdoor and indoor fireplace, High end Thermador appliances and a space so comfortable you will have a hard time leaving!

Total of 4 ensuite bedrooms! 3 Bedrooms/ 3 full baths in the main home. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath. There is also a detached guest/pool house with an additional studio and en-suite bath. The guest house has a kitchenette as well.

Great Location & Beautifully Remodeled Home
We truly enjoyed this property, great location and very safe! Beautiful renovation, loved the kitchen and bathrooms, tasteful decor and layout. The ONLY complaint we have was the beds. The master bed was two twins/full combined to make a king size bed. This set up doesn’t work well for couples who actually like to sleep together. With a property this nice, splurge on the mattress ($1500) to offer something comfortable for your guests!

Beautiful Executive Level Home
Very nice home that is definitely executive level with great amenities. We loved the privacy of the ensuites to each bedroom and the high quality of the appliances and furnishings. The listing does indicate that it sleeps 10 but we paid an additional guest fee for a group of 9. The pool house/cabana is a great addition however it is lacking any place to hang clothing and the bathroom is quite small so it is not ideal for larger guests. Considering the beauty and high quality of the home the condition and cleanliness of the patio was disappointing - broken furniture and mildew on cushions. Also, the front bedroom windows which are over the driveway is missing a shade or curtain. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and because we have family in the area we plan to stay again in the future.

Great Stay
Very well located property. The management team is clearly very good at what they do, as they managed the property with perfection. They also maintained a very clean home. The one thing that is to note is that the pool is only heated during winter months, so although it wasn't warm out, the pool wasnt either.
