Its a tiny home style hotel room.
It is exactly what the pictures show. It’s a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. It’s walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here again if the need arose.

Perfect for what I needed it for.
This was a nice place that was exactly what I needed it for during a conference in town. Easy to check in and easy to get to where I needed to go, small and cozy little area. Would definitely stay again when the time comes

The host are very hard to reach. Had issues finding which room is mine. Part of it was VRBO not giving me their number.

Heights
Small just like they stated. I’m sensitive to smells and there was a small unpleasant odor so I burnt a coconut candle part of the time. There was a sign about old pipes and not to flush anything but toilet tissue. Great location, easy to downtown, beautiful paintings on buildings. Need to get rid of slippery rug - an accident waiting to happen. I had a great stay sorry I had to leave early but had a emergency back home.

Super cute
The property was very clean and has everything you could need! One drawback is the bed is in a 6' frame, I'm 5'9 and sometimes my toes would hit the bottom. The little house is blocks away from a coffee shop, two microbrewerys, a creamery and lots of little shops! It was perfect!

Convenient, but
The place is super cute! It was very convenient. I could walk to almost anything I could need! However, with that convenience comes traffic noises and there was a lot of traffic! But the bed was comfortable, the shower was full size and the location was perfect.

Very Nice!
The Tiny House was just right for me, a solo traveler. Everything had a place and seemed convenient. The fridge was useful. The bed was great. It folded up to reveal a handy table. The shower was actually larger than I expected it to be. The coded locks on the gate and door made check-in quick and easy. The place was clean and neat. I plan to return!

good time
was fine for me. i did have to thaw the freezer completely out because it was a giant block of ice so the fridge part couldn’t even keep my items cold. i stayed for almost a month until my aunt passed and i had to leave. i had a long stay and the space didn’t bother me one bit. but it is small. it’s a room and a bathroom size wise. i did wish it had an actual toaster too because that toaster oven is HUGE compared to the place. does not even fit on counters

For the adventurous and cost-conscious
I loved this rental, it was everything I imagined. It was clean and it had everything I needed. I did not cook here but could have with the hot plate and microwave. The price was amazing. There is plenty of parking. There are more than just this unit. This unit is closest to the road, so if you don't like road noise, then rent a unit further back. The whole complex is the Inns at Seminole Heights. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but buyer beware.

Perfect Efficient Space
I stayed two nights while in town for a class and the tiny house had everything I could possibly need, would be great for an extended stay too. There was nearly a full kitchen—fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, pots/pans, utensils, silverware, salt/pepper & cooking oil. There was plenty of space in the bathroom and shower. TV tray, folding table/chair set, convertible bed-to-table, and outdoor courtyard gave plenty of seating options. Multiple hooks inside and on doors more than made up for the lack of true “closet” in the small space. It was very easy to find and conveniently close to I-275. I was greeted by a cute welcome sign and string lights over the courtyard, and there was plenty of lighting around the building and adjacent driveway. I agree with previous reviewers comments such as: there was some road noise but it was mostly drowned by the A/C, I’m not sure I’d go walking around the neighborhood but the locked gated courtyard and close parking make up for that, and that the bed is quite firm (not a pro or con, just an observation). This was my first HomeAway experience and it was seamless and easy, and the property was everything I expected and more, for the price and convenience I’d definitely stay again!

Great place for a single traveler
The property is located near some rougher neighborhoods, but I felt secure with the additional layer of courtyard walls and keyed gates that surround the property. I didn't receive an automated message with door access codes initially, but Andrew was quick to respond with them when I asked. The tiny house was very clean and roomier than I expected; it was exactly what I needed for the week.

Sweet nest in Seminole Heights
I much enjoyed my time at the tiny house in Seminole Heights. It has everything I needed, and several of the kitchen amenities I didn't even get around to using. Due to external temperature fluctuations, I used both the AC and the heat during my stay, and both worked great. Nice firm bed and lovely shower. Great patio at the Tiny house and around on the other side of the big building, a nice soft lounge chair to read in.
