Property was just what we needed for a short vacation. Plenty of room and close to Busch gardens. I noticed our socks or feet really dirty while walking around. Really enjoyed our stay though and would highly recommend
Property manger was great with communication. House was located in quite neighborhood near to where we needed to be for our daughters graduation from USF. The property worked well for us. For the price point, I would stay again anytime!
This house was just what we needed for our week in Tampa. Convenient to downtown, Ybor City, USF and Busch Gardens. Nicely decorated and has a big back yard. A few steps to the river and a large park.
Pictures accurately reflect home.Well supplied and comfortable, great yard, walk to water but no access, view from front yard. Great host to work with. Quiet neighborhood but close to park, Busch Gardens and USF campus.
This was a great little house that put us right near everything we needed to be close to. We were at a volleyball tourney at the fairgrounds and this location was perfect. Not too far away. Right near campus as well with many stores close by. There is a really nice backyard with a small grill for cooking. Would stay again!! Thanks!!

Black mold blowing out vents1974 moldyducts and very old air cond/ heater nasty system.oven would not heat up cook food and nasty dirty oven and floors. Unsafe electrical plugs spark everytime u plug in stuff esp bedrooms. Shower and sink dont drain while u in shower standing in 1 to 2 inch dirty water.sticky floors. Socks got black on botton. Shoes stick alittle floor. Broken in front door. Some kitchen cabinets falling off cabinets loosly connected.forget trying to watch anything on either tv ! Nightmare property with few good photos of sone things updated but tons needed to fix this sick home with leaking roof and old moldy roof.refrigerator looks like it had bullets shot to front and hole on inside of walls and refrigerator. Dont stay here!!! Bad area also
This is place is great and only 7 miles to the Ampitheatre and Fair grounds where we attended a coupler events during our stay. Back yard was awesome for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again! Actually wish we had more time to see more of what the area had to offer!
We had a great experience at this vacation rental! Griselda was a very helpful, responsive, professional, and friendly host. The house was charming and the backyard space was a wonderful escape for us. It was a great space for my family and our furbaby! I loved that the area was quiet with a calming view of the river. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
We enjoyed our stay at Griselda’s cottage. She kept in touch to make sure we were taken care of.I had difficulty at first, with the app lock, but it was probably user error. After that, a breeze to lock & secure. Enjoyed our stay!
My teenage son and I visited for a soccer tournament. The home is situated in a neighborhood that is going through gentrification so there are updated and well kept homes as well as homes in need of repairs and a lawn mower. The inside is gorgeous and updated. The kitchen is open and bright and the bathroom shower was amazing. Everything worked well. It is very close to Busch Gardens and USF. Gris is a fantastic host - very responsive during my entire stay.
Really nice quiet street, the house was very close to where we needed to go and close to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable layout and the host was very attentive and sweet. We had everything we needed. Will def. Consider it next time we come to Tampa.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is open concept with 2 full baths making it a breeze for all to get ready for the day.
The backyard is perfect for our small dogs and there is a large park around the corner with a doggie park and nice walking trail.
Although we didn’t go to Busch gardens, it is just around the corner.
The house was spacious and clean and the host was very communicative.
I would stay again.
The property is old and issues were sent to the owner to address. It is close to a park and six flags. The dead end street is quiet. The owner was responsive. It is near the river which is great to watch wildlife.
This older but thoughtfully renovated home is tiled throughout, making it a good choice for guests with kids and dogs. We appreciated the host's flexibility in letting us bring both of our dogs. The fenced back yard was a bonus. Griselda's communication with us was excellent.
The house is located in a non-gentrified neighborhood in the shadow of Busch Gardens. The street has an interesting mixture of large dream homes overlooking the river and rundown homes with appliances in the front yard. But you can't pick your neighbors, and if visiting Busch Gardens is an aim for your trip, you couldn't pick a more convenient spot. It's quiet, too.
The beds are very comfortable. The back yard is full of gorgeous oaks with Spanish moss. But there's a small price for their beauty: They drop a lot of leaves and debris. We had to protect our food outside, and we vacuumed a couple times because the dogs tracked in debris on their paws.
Four things would bump this listing up to a 5-star property: an additional pan for the kitchen because it has a double oven and only one sheet pan; extras like trash bags and food wraps for the kitchen; a new futon cushion in the living area; and blinds or wider curtains on the windows in the common areas. There are sheers, but you can see straight into the kitchen from the street at night. As a woman for whom safety is a priority, I felt a little uneasy at first. The bedroom windows are sufficiently covered.
Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

Disappointing
While the VRBO pictures looked inviting and promising, the reality was different. The house did not live up to our expectations.
On the good side: the beds were comfortable, the house location on the dead end street made for a quiet environment. Rowlett Park nearby offers a spacious and clean area for leisurely walks, and included 2 dog parks, tennis and pickle ball courts.
On the not so good side: the dishwasher was not working upon arrival. It was eventually repaired. Kitchen utensils were sparse, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, especially drawers were ill fitted and malfunctioning. Bathroom towels were tired (read old and worn), the same could be said for the outdoor furniture. The living room floor is on a slightly lower level than the main dining/kitchen floor, with identical tile floor covering. It takes a while to get used to this step without a vivid visual identifying marker highlighting the height difference.
Suggestions: A welcoming guide to the home, including instructions to the thermostat and to the smart tv would be a useful and much needed addition. More comfortable living room furniture would be a welcomed improvement.
The front door lock app worked well. However, should you happen to accidentally leave your phone inside and close the front door, you have locked yourself out and are unable to re-enter or call anyone for help. A backup key should be provided and is a must in our opinion.
Regrettably we would not rent this place again.

My mother and I stayed with pets. The yard was shady even in the afternoon which was nice! The owner communicated as needed throughout our stay. Check out was a breeze!
This home was great, it was right around the corner from Busch gardens.. very quiet location. Griselda was extremely accommodating. Will stay here again
Property was everything it was billed to be. The biggest factor was the communication level from the host. Quick to respond and very helpful in any questions or concerns I had. Quiet and peaceful setting and could not have had enjoyed our stay more!
