Welcome to "Home of the sun" ",.In the quiet community of Brandon. Located near many restaurants, markets, Mall, and cinemas. This location is very favorable as it is 20 minutes from Apollo Beach, 45 minutes from Clear Water, 25 minutes from Bush Gardens, close to many golf courses, 50 minutes from Disney Spring and the Orlando parks, WIFi, Netflix and pool table, available.

Group trip

This stay was great. From letting us check in early because of when our flight got in. Very easy to get in touch with for anything. Would definitely stay again. Worked great for groups. Would also work great for groups with children.

Great spot

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We wanted to be close to family that love down and we were a mile and a half away. The pool was great, a little cold but great. . The hosts were very reasonable and answered quickly if I had any questions. The availability of the garage was wonderful, the neighborhood was quiet and cute. Ubers were very easy to get, topgolf was around the corner and it was so much fun. I would stay here again!

Well maintained home in a nice neighborhood with great location and relatively short drive to most things in the tampa area! The house was clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool area and pool table were great for any down time

Amazing property for family

Home of the sun was the perfect location and home for our family annual pre-Christmas vacation. Amazing shopping nearby fun things to do in the area and only an 30-60 minutes away from outlet malls and a half away from Orlando. The Brandon mall that has everything you need is also only a 5 minute drive along with stores and restaurants like IHOP, Panera bread, and chick -fil-A and Super target, and Super wall*mart, TJ Max,, Old Navy and Best Buy. We’re from the Caribbean so these are a very important necessity when visiting the USA. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY TGERE AGAIN!!!

Week long stay

We chose this property for our Spring Break Trip with our two daughters and their two friends. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. There was even and ice cream truck that came around over by the apartment complex that our kids got a treat from! The pool is not heated but was still nice to dip your feet in on the 90° days that we had. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed by the property hosts! Hoping to book this for our stay next year when our son gets married!

Beautiful and convenient

This house was absolutely beautiful and spacious! We loved the layout. The pool was pristine and being screened in allowed for bug free evenings. We didn't do any cooking but the the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and cutlery. The pool table was great, but I would suggest some new pool sticks (some were warped and most needed new felt tips). Also some of the pockets did have holes in them. We found some felt sea creatures that we stuck in there so the balls wouldn't fall to the floor. We have stayed in many rental homes in the past, this was the first that didn't supply any laundry soap and the toiletries were tiny. I'm not sure if we have just been lucky in the past. That was a quick fix with all of the nearby and easy to get to stores. I highly recommend this property and when we find ourselves back in Florida I will absolutely check to see if this property is available!

Family Spring Break

We stayed at this lovely home for just shy of a week and it met all of our needs. Upon arrival, the house and pool were clean. My parents (60's) enjoyed the spacious master bedroom. The kids (7 & 8) could have spent the whole trip in the pool. They didn't mind at all that it wasn't heated. No complaints about the kitchen, dining area or bathrooms. We mostly spent mornings and evenings there since a majority of our days were at local attractions, so it really was ideal as far as location went. Things to consider: If you're a big TV watcher, the living room was cozy and had a small TV with the larger TV being in the pool table area. We were content to watch the kids swim in the evenings and all of the rooms had their own tvs. Over all, we had a very lovely stay. The property owners were responsive and very kind. We will definitely be checking availability for future trips.

This house was clean and comfortable and was spread out enough to comfortably fit 2 families. The owner was quick to respond and check-in was very easy. Located in a nice neighborhood and only 5-10 minutes from anything you may need (stores).

Good Location

Owners took the time to answer questions necessary. Location was great for our family trip. For those that travel by air with infants. The house has a highchair, car seat and playpen available. The pool outside might need some upgrade or maybe clean the filter. Water looked dirty, but I guess it's because sand was coming through filter. Otherwise house was nice and very entertaining with a pool table.
