Cancellation the night before
The owner of the property canceled the night of us showing up. So we had to make changes on the road. It would have been ok if we knew earlier and we weren't on motorcycles. I found out that VBRO properties don't allow same-day check-in. The money was refunded and we did find a place to stay but was out more money because we ate out the time we were in FL instead of cooking at the house. I gave this property 1 star because the owner didn't attempt to reach out to us and let me know he was canceling the house, and the trouble I and 9 other people went through looking for a place to stay.

The Perfect Place !!!!!!!!!!
This location over exceeded our expectations. The property was large with 2 brand new houses and loaded with amenties. Perfect place to have large get togethers and family events. Very private and has a beautiful lake. Will be back for my family reunion and birthdays!!!!

Exactly what we were hoping for!
Had a large group of friends out for a birthday party over Memorial Day weekend. The house fit all of us comfortably. Sheets, towels, toiletries, water all on hand for our use. All the amenities were just as listed. Definitely going to use this place again if we come back next year! Thanks again!

WORST RENTAL PROPERTY IN HISTORY
Friday April 23rd I was scheduled to check into this property to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday at Busch Garden. I reserved this property for me and 11 guests which included a 2 yr old baby. Before arrival the host John contacted me about one of the restrooms claiming that it was under construction and was unable to be used until whatever needed to be dry was completely dry which was going to be the next day, no biggie. Other then the restroom call there was no communication with the host as far as “ how far are you from the property” , “ I’ll be there to check you in” or anything type of decency. Upon arrival there was a white car in the driveway that I assumed was the Host’s so I knock on the door I got no answer so I used the code to open the door provided by the Host. As soon as I open the door a horrific unnatural scent slapped me in the face and literally cause me to start gagging. Air fresheners in ever corner of the house to hide the horrible smell. Filthy is an understatement to describe this property. Dirty , dust sheets with stains. White rugs turned grey from not washing them. Mattresses all dirty with dried up rice grains, chips, and what looked like sand. Bandage to hold together blinds inside the house. Every closet was full of random home repair equipments. There was only 6 beds but the ad stated that it slept up to 16 people. After seeing enough I tried to contact the Host/ “Owner” and his phone was going straight to voicemail for 2 hours. There was a RV in the backyard that was supposed to be part of my of my rental as stated online. Out of nowhere this random man comes out of the RV, the man told me basically he lives there in the RV and if we needed anything we can just ask him. NO WHERE ONLINE DID IT STATE THAT I WAS SHARING THE PROPERTY WITH ANYONE ELESE!! the random man tried calling the host and was also unable to get a hold of him. Then the man call the host’s “girlfriend” I spoke to this “girlfriend” and explained my issues to her and she assured me that the host would get in contact with me and give me a full refund. A hour later the host calls the random RV man, the man tells the host that I am here and upset and handed me his phone to talk to the host. With everything that I went through with no apologies the host started screaming at me and blaming everything on me saying I have 16guest which wasn’t true I had 12 guest and out of the 12 one of them was a 2yr old. Dirty Unprofessional. We refused to sleep there

Very nice house
The owner stayed on site, but we never seen him. I thought we could be in the trailer but that’s where he stays. The house had so many beds and space, I absolutely loved it . Only complaint was wash rags wasn’t provided and we seen a few water bugs in the room. Very nice house. Would definitely stay again
