Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the Riverside makes for beautiful sunset walks. The guesthouse is located behind beautiful manicured 1910 home. Walking distance from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Downtown. 5 min drive to Historic Ybor City, Amelia Arena. Less than 10 min from Raymond James stadium, Airport, Hyde Park Village, MidTown, International Mall. We’re in a FANTASTIC location! You can rent bikes, scooters etc…walking distance.

This place was good enough for two of us and the owner was responsive. I do wish the listing was more transparent that you would have people staying above you as we were woke by them most mornings and the coffee maker did never work correctly, so i had to door dash. I also wish the furniture was comfortable. While the bed was great no othet furniture was comfortably to sit on

Quick weekend getaway
We flew in for a quick trip for a day at Busch gardens and had an amazing time but now realize we need to come back and stay here again because there were so many fun things to do, even within walking distance! Hosts were amazing and beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

moving to area and owners were very helpful giving great advice on areas i was looking at. very cute guest house and very close to Riverwalk. They also have a larger 2x1 guesthouse for folks that need more room or have additional guests. The 1x1 was perfect for us.

Wonderful stay
Maria and her husband were wonderful hosts, anticipating every need. The rental unit was far more than I would have expected, with living and dining room, plus kitchen, bedroom and bath. Lovely views from the windows as well. Air conditioning, two TVs, and well equipped kitchen. Great parking area and wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood on the river near downtown. It's walking distance to the Riverwalk with its park and food areas. Absolutely wonderful place that I highly recommend. In fact, I already have, bringing a friend by to visit in anticipation of her needing accommodations for visitors. I am delighted to have found this wonderful spot and plan to stay many more times.

I loved this place. It had everything that I needed and the bed was super comfy. I don’t really have anything negative to say about the property. There was a couple with a small child running around upstairs. That was a little disturbing however, that’s not the property managers fault, I guess there’s really not too much you could do about something like that. I would stay here again in a heartbeat was amazing and friendly and honey and mocha made it even better.

A week in Tampa
Maria and her husband Geo, are great hosts. Very clean throughout and comfortable bed. If you need anything they will get in touch with you immediately. Ask them for advice on restaurants and sightseeing and they will send you in the right direction. The outdoor space was relaxing with a small waterfall running. We are dog lovers so we also met 2 small friendly dogs, Mocha & Honey. Nice neighborhood and gated driveway. Next time we are in the Tampa area will be staying here. Very clean, quiet and relaxing! Hosts were lovely. After a busy day it was nice sitting in the backyard, have a drink, and relax with the water feature and listening to the our music. Nice walk to the River Walk and Armature Works. A wee bit small for long stays, we were there for 9 nights but we easily made it work for the two of us. Thanks Maria and hubby!
