Charming 2-bedroom villa in East Lake Woodlands with AC, WiFi and pool access

Summary:
Discover the Corner Villa located within the East Lake Woodlands community in Oldsmar! Surrounded by two golf courses, you and your group will be able to fully unwind in this peaceful community. Located just 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from Clearwater Airport, you are close to everything that the Tampa Bay area has to offer!

The Space:
As you enter the home you are welcomed into a spacious living room with a large sofa and smart TV with streaming capabilities. Just off of the living room is the dining area with six seats as well as a separate breakfast bar. Just past the living room is a large lanai that has a seating area, and a great view that overlooks the courtyard. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed composed of two twin beds and a full-size bed on top. The fully stocked kitchen has a breakfast nook and a desk. From the kitchen you have access to a patio area with a grill. The pool is a 5-minute walk from the Villa. The Ardea Country Club with two 18-hole championship golf courses is a 5-minute drive.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the entire house with the exception of a locked storage room.

The Neighborhood:
The Corner Villa is located within the East Lake Woodlands Community Association in the town of Oldsmar, FL. Oldsmar is a community located about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Tampa. With easy access to great golf courses, Clearwater beach, Honeymoon Island, St. Petersburg beach, the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, shopping, and more, we're sure that you'll have a great time discovering all that Tampa Bay has to offer!

Getting Around:
The Corner Villa is located on the north side of Old Tampa Bay and is just a short drive to downtown Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and more.

Host will be available by phone at all times during their stay. Guests will be able to self-check in with a unique smart lock code.

Awful place, awful owner. I rented this place for my grandparents to stay at for a visit. It is a dump. Nothing updated since it was built in 1981. Carpets turn your socks black when walking around. Dimly lit everywhere with only a weird LED bar for light in one bedroom. No pillows provided, just awful plastic couch. Remote for TV has buttons missing. Everything is just OLD! Nasty left over food in fridge.Z
