This is a Caribbean-Style Family Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests! Centrally located in Tampa Bay and near many award winning beaches! We allow Instant Bookings and our guests can easily check in using our self check in process. No need to meet anyone. Our homes are all professionally cleaned after every check out, you can feel comfortable in a clean environment.
Walk down to the Private Beach and catch a peaceful nap! (5-7 minute walk within the community and free parking if you choose to drive). Take a dive or layout by our outdoor pool with canal views as boats cruise by. Make sure to wave! Order a poolside drink from Hooks Bar & Grille. Want a more calm poolside experience, walk a few steps to another pool option that is fenced in and quieter.
Feeling hungry? You have options! Hooks Bar & Grille offers a full lunch and dinner menu with indoor and outdoor seating. String light patio seating with stunning waterway views. Don't want to miss the Sunset? Walk down to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Grille! Another great restaurant option with a full bar and Caribbean-American Cuisine. Want a memorable selfie? Walk down to the Pier to catch an amazing sunset with incredible skyline views of Tampa Bay! Kick off your shoes and walk down our cozy beach, private and family friendly.

Want to explore outside of the community? Where should we begin?! For family fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Children's Museum, Top Golf and Dave and Busters! Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day.
Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it!

FAQ's:
1: This unit is steps away from the Restaurant, Tiki Bar, 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center and laundry mat. There is another restaurant by the beach and this unit is a 2 minute walk away! You will be in the center of it all in Little Harbor.
2: We offer cots, high chairs, Pack N Play, baby gates rentals. Please ask 2 days before arrival for availability.
3: Our homes are SELF-SERVE, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the home for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge, hand soaps and 4 coffee packs.
4: How does check in work? We will send you the door code the morning of your arrival. Pool card, parking pass and WiFi information will be inside the unit along with information about the community.

The Unit is a across the street (a stones throw) from the on-site beach, pool, amenities and waterfront restaurants.
